I am so sorry that you have joined this very sad "club". Ray was a hero, but so are you. I have been there with you through your journey, though you may not remember me. My son passed away at 18 months from SCID - 26 years ago. I feel your anguish. Ray was the "survivor" and I was so glad to watch him grow up. I know that you have been going it alone for the past few years, since Don died. Your new reality is going to be so hard, but if you need someone to talk to... I'm here for you.
